Foxwell has returned my email after a day, but their instructions were to re-install the software.
I contacted both ECS Tuning where I purchased it, for help, still waiting for any kind of response (at least acknowledge that you received by email). The instructions are an English version of Chinese instructions, not very clear. You have to delete the old version first, but they never tell you that!!! Then you have to go through the registration phase. The disk that comes with it is outdated software, but when you try to load the updated software, it doesn't update the old version to the new version as you would expect. I can't believe the difficulty I've had just trying to put this thing into use. Currently use an Innova for my other vehicles, but purchased a Schwaben NT510 for the BMW.
So I've had several scanners of the years, favorite were the Snap-On computers with the plug in modules.
